Verification first

An agency must have its business registration verified before it can submit any listing. You can set up your team and lead routing while verification is pending.

Mandates and closings

• Every listing must rest on an owner-confirmed mandate.
• Self-reported closings must be backed by an uploaded sale agreement and are verified by an administrator before any fee applies.

Seats and billing

You add agent seats yourself, free — the platform earns on verified closings, not on headcount. Fees are a flat monthly subscription plus a platform fee on verified closings, paid by bank transfer. Overdue accounts may be suspended — suspended agencies cannot submit mandates — and can be reinstated once settled.

Fair conduct

Route leads fairly across your agents. Keep agent profiles accurate. A suspended or rejected agency's public profile and mandates are frozen.
