Listing your property
Anyone selling their own property may list it. Every listing is reviewed by an administrator before it appears on the public map.
What every listing must have
- A genuine asking price. Price changes are logged and shown publicly.
- An accurate map pin on the actual property, inside Cambodia.
- At least one real photo of the property.
- Honest details — size, title type and location must match reality.
Not allowed
- Fake, duplicate or misleading listings, or property you do not own or have the right to sell.
- Marking a listing "urgent" when it is not, to gain placement.
- Putting phone numbers or external links in titles or photos to bypass the platform.
Verification
Verifying your identity earns the Verified Owner badge, and uploading the title deed earns the Title Verified badge. Buyers trust verified listings more. We may require verification before a listing goes live.
Enforcement
Listings that break this policy are rejected with a reason. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to suspension.
