Acting for owners
Agents may only list a property they hold a valid mandate for. The owner must confirm the agent, the price and the commission — by SMS or Telegram — before the listing goes live.
Exclusivity
You may not submit a mandate on a property another agency already holds exclusively. Respect the exclusivity window; contact the owner to have a mandate released before competing for it.
Honesty
- The price and commission shown to the owner must match the signed agreement.
- Report closings truthfully and back them with the signed sale document.
- Do not misrepresent your role, your agency or a property.
Leads and conduct
Respond to routed enquiries promptly. Treat owners and buyers professionally. Reviews tied to a verified closing are published directly; others are moderated.
Enforcement
Breaking this policy can cost you leads, freeze your mandates, or lead to removal from the platform.
